What we collect
When you register we collect your name, email address, phone number, the areas you buy in, your typical purchase price and how you buy (for example cash or financing). When you request a showing or make an offer we collect the details you submit with that request. We also keep basic technical data such as the pages you view and the properties you save.
How we use it
We use your information to review and approve your account, show you the properties that fit you, respond to your requests, and contact you about available deals. We do not sell your personal information.
Who sees it
Your information is visible to the Volcan team and to service providers that help us run the Portal (for example web hosting and email delivery). We may disclose information if required by law.
Search engines
The Portal is private and is not indexed by search engines.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your account and information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing us.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is completely secure. Please use a strong, unique password.
